What are often more important? Take care of your body; it could be the only 1 you get. It could last well past 100 years of vitality and wellness. Here are a few things we are able to do daily:
1. Make one better decision with what you consume. Drop the sugar or salt you generally supplment your food. Enjoy one less beer, or another helping of fiber or greens. Move away from white flour.
